| TSLPR(胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素受体)是由CRLF2基因编码的I型细胞因子受体。它的核心功能是与IL-7受体α链(IL-7Rα)形成异源二聚体复合物,共同构成TSLP的功能性高亲和力受体。 该复合物被激活后,主要顺利获得JAK2、STAT3和STAT5等信号通路发挥作用,调控细胞增殖、造血系统发育以及Th2型免疫应答等过程。在临床意义上,CRLF2基因的重排与B系急性淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)的发生密切相关,使其成为一个重要的预后标志物和治疗靶点。 | |
